May have saved me from a extremely bad head injury

I was bombing down a run and I get cut off. I lose balance and tumble out of bounds (I totally forget how far i fell but it had to be over 30 FT of rolling) I stop only by hitting my head agaisnt a tree. If it wasnt for a good quality helmet my minor concussion could be 10x worse. I feel like after this accident I can never wear another helmet that isnt sandbox.
